EL Taco Tamer-My skin may brown but don't get it twisted. You can say the first part of my life was the stereotype of an immigrant that came here from Mexico. My family was homeless for the first four years of my life, so finding food was always challenge. Don't start crying now because surviving that part of my life was just the beginning of my struggles. On paper my name is Nestor Zapata but you can call me El Taco Tamer. I was born in Villermosa, Mexico but I was raised in Oceanside, California. Despite struggling to find food, tacos was never out of the questions when we had the ingredients to make tortillas because you could all sorts of tacos as along as you had tortillas. As a matter of fact those first years of my life consisted of rabbit and squirrel tacos because that was the only available protein around our tent in the forest. Besides tacos playing a role in American culture its has been a vital part of my life and a major contribution to my chubby ways. The decades of experience I have being around tacos has given me skills to create a wide range of different tacos to satisfy every person of every corner this country. Now I would like to share my knowledge and inspire others to become taqueros like myself.

Much like the process of the tortilla the meat must also be a the correct temperature so you achieve the perfect tenderness of the meat and it doesn’t overwhelm the rest of his mates on this tortilla boat. Some meats require less seasoning than others like shredded chicken will need just the right amount of pepper, paprika, and lemon juice to give it a zest that will mate well creme fresh cilantro sauce topped with some Cotija cheese. Finally the the toppings you choose to put on your meat can be assorted and many ways so have some fun with it. Since a lot of veggies are universal the ones you choose to put on your tacos depends on you so really can't go wrong. Some vegetables like mushrooms compliment many meats specifically carne aside. You can rumble both ingredients in a bowl of light garlic and worsestershire sauce to create an Asian style flavor.
