Quality without the Hassle- You want to find the best taco in town then look no further then your backyard. Just listen for the roar of an engine and the scent of carne asada cooking on the grill. In most towns you can find a truck on nearly every corner, especially in parts of L.A and Seattle. One of my best taco experiences came on a late July night after a concert in L.A. My friend and I had just finished watching one of our favorite reggae bands perform and I guess you can say that hunger was in the air so my stomach pointed me in the direction of tacos, it just didn't know where. So driving down the 210 freeway past midnight in Pasadena, California my friend remembers that he's heard of this taco truck that open late and has this incredible chipotle cilantro sauce but all I could hear from him was tacos. As we pull up the crowd is big but once it was my turn to order the gentlemen reaction to how fast I ordered was priceless. I was a man on a mission and Tacos El Pollo was going to help me complete it. Needless to say these tacos lived up to hype and the carnitas carried the flavor of a properly cooked carnitas you usually find at Mexican restaurant.

Convenience at Every Corner 


Many workers have limited time to travel for food during the midday, and so quickly go through all restaurant venues near their workplace. Food trucks offer variety and novelty, are fast, and are often healthier and cheaper than most other alternatives. Also often several of them are located together so coworkers can each get a meal they like without having to part to go to different venues. Change is the only constant thing available in the market. Same theory is valid onto street food vending, World has moved from un hygienic street food to convenient, affordable and yummy food but the medium to serve has changed dramatically. Food Truck is engulfing its roots deep in the system because of its mobile and cheaper operations. This would not be different if I say food truck is the present and is going to change the course of food selling in coming times.

Great Taco-Sphere

There's just something about huddling around a taco truck with your friends, slightly hunching over, and indulging in street tacos assorted over paper plates. Some tacos trucks include a giant speaker placed in the corner that plays Latino music for the purpose of making you grove the delicious aroma of Al Pastor tacos. The people working the truck deliver such excellent customer service they make it seem like its your own friends bringing you this taco out of body experience. Since the whole restaurant charade is non relevant in the world of food trucks the culinary minds behind the scene carry a relaxed demeanor it causes the food truck patrons to mirror their energy and really take in the whole food atmosphere around. Above all, the best reason the taco trucks are so popular is because it brings people together. It gets you out of the house, without having to walk far, while getting some fresh air for the sole purpose of meeting up with friends and enjoying some neighborhood tacos. At the same time, those that don't have friends could meet new people that can plan future taco gathering with. Love is always in the taco-sphere when it comes to food trucks.

CEDAR CITY, Utah -- Some get into the professionals for the fame, some for the love of the game and others strictly for the fortune. My biggest concern is how they get to these that affects the integrity of the game. I personally love players that perform day in and day out because that is their  passion and everything else in secondary.
